Guild Wars: Open Event

Some tips for the upcoming Open Event went up on the official GW site. Sounds painful to me - strictly for those guilds whose players all have minimal commitments to family/life/sleep.

Feels very reminiscent of the Magic "meatgrinder", the all-night tournament before the US Nationals - I can't help wondering if that was the inspiration.
